As many of you remember, the July 2023 salary increase was slated to be between 5.5% and 6.75% depending on inflation from March 2022-March 2023.
Those numbers have now been released and we now know what to expect for our July raise. Below you can find a tentative Salary Grid (the BCTF will be posting updated, official ones) for the July 2023 raise.
All steps will be receiving the full 6.75% increase and if you are a Step 10 teacher, you will receive an extra .3% increase (as negotiated) which is also reflected in the below grid.
