Dearest Colleagues,
It has come to your executive’s attention that there are some very worrisome rumours being spread about remedy that have some teacher’s feeling rather panicked. Let us assuage your fears in the order that they have come to us.
First, please, have no fear, your remedy is not being taken from you. If you peruse this month’s newsletter [https://nosta83.com/archives/1781](https://nosta83.com/archives/1781), you will see that your remedy follows you. So, even if you accept a position at another school, your remedy shall follow.
Second, you do not need to use your remedy from this year all up by the end of May. As aforementioned, it carries over with you.
As a local, are we discussing ways to make Remedy more effective and useful? Yes. However, any significant changes would be after consultation and come to a General Meeting for a membership vote.
So dear colleagues, please do not fret and worry, the remedy minutes are safe. If you have time, you could even take the unused remedy survey to have your voice heard in advance. Find it on p.3 of this month’s newsletter!
